At our beauty brand, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

We only offer refunds or replacements for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing products.

Actual product packaging may slightly vary from images shown on website.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tested beauty/skincare products are not eligible for return or refund.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 working days through Bank Transfer, Paytm, UPI, or the original payment method.
Product results may vary from person to person depending on skin type and usage.

We recommend doing a patch test before using any skincare or beauty product.
